Our outfitter receives more Woodland Caribou tags than anyone (which is why his price is less than anyone's). Success has been 100% on good bulls, and we always sell out a year in advance. The season is September - November, which means it is in progress. But we just had two (2) cancellations for medical reasons. The best months for this hunt are October and November because the concession is the wintering grounds. The hunt is Sunday to Sunday (arrive Sunday, hunt Monday - Friday, return to Deer Lake or Gander Saturday, and depart Sunday). The price is only $6,550 plus $525 for the Caribou tag plus $250 each way from Deer Lake or $200 each way from Gander. You can add an Eastern Canada Moose for only $2,700 + $400! And baited Black Bear for only $1,000 + $125! First come, first serve.
